Mauri Facilities Management Co. Ltd. is a professional cleaning and facilities services company operating under the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change. We provide comprehensive cleaning, maintenance and facilities management solutions across Mauritius, and have delivered numerous high visibility, nationally significant projects for government and public sector clients.
Objectives
The main objective of the Company is to provide general cleaning and maintenance services, which include, but are not limited to:
- Providing cleaning and maintenance services to educational institutions, as mutually agreed upon the Ministry responsible for the subject of education;
- Implementing National Cleaning Programmes initiated by the Government of Mauritius;
- Performing any other paid cleaning services within the public sector and other authorities falling under its aegis;
- Undertaking any other activities that may be necessary or incidental to the attainment of the above objectives, either jointly or severally; and any of the activities as may be determined by the Board in consultation with the Minister

History
Mauri-Facilities Management Co Ltd was incorporated on December 1, 2017, under the Companies Act following Cabinet decision to serve as a professional, upmarket cleaning service provider for schools and institutions.
Since April 2025, the Company now operates under the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management, and Climate Change.
